Das dauert ca. 20 Minuten.<\/li>\n<li>Vom Mangold die Stiele und die Bl\u00e4tter getrennt klein schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoffel in W\u00fcrfel schneiden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Oliven\u00f6l in gro\u00dfer Pfanne erhitzen. Schalotte darin anschwitzen ohne braun werden zu lassen. Zuerst die Mangoldstiele, sp\u00e4ter die Bl\u00e4tter hinzugeben. W\u00fcrzen mit Salz, Chili, Zitronensaft und Tomatenmark. Ggf. vom Kochwasser der Linsen dazugeben. \u00a0Wenn der Mangold gar ist die Linsen und die Kartoffeln dazugeben, alles gut verr\u00fchren und zusammen noch etwas weiter d\u00fcnsten. Abschmecken. Bevor das Ganze auf den Tisch kommt noch etwas Oliven\u00f6l dr\u00fcber geben.
