Enden vom Spargel abschneiden. Spargel in die Form legen. Er soll die Form ziemlich bedecken aber nicht \u00fcbereinander liegen. Geviertelte Champignons und kleingeschnittene Pellkartoffen \u00fcber dem Saprgel verteilen. Salzen und pfeffern. Zitronensaft und Oliven\u00f6l dar\u00fcber leeren. K\u00e4se (Gruyere o.\u00e4.) in kleinen Scheiben dar\u00fcber verteilen. Erst Ca 45 Minuten im 150 grad warmen Backofen garen, dann die Hitze auf 180 Grad hochschalten und weitere 20 -30 Minuten \u00fcberbacken.
