Nochmal halbieren und in feine, ca. 1 mm breite Streifen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Zusammen mit dem Saft und dem Gelierzucker aufsetzen und 1\/4 Std. kochen. Hatte zuerst nur 500g Zucker genommen, es schien nicht zu gelieren, dann auf 700 erh\u00f6ht und schlie\u00dflich 1 kg Zucker genommen. In G\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>Als ich mir das erste Croissant damit bestrich war es noch nicht ganz abgek\u00fchlt, aber von der Konsistenz her gut.
