{"id":1836,"date":"2018-05-10T12:37:48","date_gmt":"2018-05-10T10:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.risottodirk.de\/risottoblog\/?p=1836"},"modified":"2018-07-04T07:00:22","modified_gmt":"2018-07-04T05:00:22","slug":"rhabarbertarte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.risottodirk.de\/risottoblog\/1836\/rhabarbertarte\/","title":{"rendered":"Rhabarbertarte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>29 cm Springform<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcrbeteig<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>155 g Mehl (550er)<\/li>\n<li>75 g Butter<\/li>\n<li>20 g Zucker (Zuckersparversion, sonst. doppelte Menge)<\/li>\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zutaten verkneten und eine Std. ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g Rhabarber (d\u00fcnne Stangen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>sch\u00e4len in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden mit 2 El Zucker bestreuen und 20 Min. ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Gu\u00df (wie bei Apfletarte nach Walterspiel)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Ei mit<\/li>\n<li>30 g Zucker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>schaumig schlagen<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 abgeriebene Zitronenschale (eine ganze schadet auch nicht)<\/li>\n<li>50 ml Milch<\/li>\n<li>50 ml Sahne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>dazu geben und verr\u00fchren<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15 g Butter schmelzen lassen<\/li>\n<li>1 El Weizenmehl<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>dazu<\/p>\n<p>Teig ausrollen in die Form legen, kleinen Rand andr\u00fccken. Rhabarber abtropfen lassen und auf dem Boden verteilen.
