Auf zwei mit Backpapier ausgelegte Bleche v,erteilen, salzen und mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufeln. Im Backofen bei 150 Grad (Umluft) ca. 45 Minuten backen. Den grob gehackten Koblauch nach ungef\u00e4hr 30 Minuten zum Gem\u00fcse geben. Das Gem\u00fcse sieht sehr appetitlich aus.
