Den Reis dazugeben und \u001fauch etwas anschwitzen lassen. Mit etwas Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche abl\u00f6schen. Nach und nach Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche dazu geben und immer wieder r\u00fchren. Je nach Salzgehalt der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche vorsichtig salzen. Mit den angegebenen Gew\u00fcrzen abschmecken.
