(Ca 40 Min). Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen und mit dem Kartoffelstampfer zerdr\u00fccken. Zusammen mit den anderen Zutaten einen Teig kneten und ca 1 Std gehen lassen. In den Karotten und Kartoffeln ist genug Feuchtigkeit, dass man kein Wasser mehr braucht. Auf einem einge\u00f6lten Backblech ausrollen und mit Olinen\u00f6l bestreichen.
