Bevor der Reis zu trocken w ird immer wieder Br\u00fche und Wein dazugeben.) Pepperoni in m\u00f6glichst kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden und zumammen mit dem Reis kochen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer und ggf. mit dem wei\u00dfen Balsamico w\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen die Butter schmelzen lassen, den kleingeschnittenen Salbei und den kleingehackten Knoblauch dazugeben.
