Gelegentlich umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len, der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren und in feine (halbe) Ringe schneiden. In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne in etwas Oliven\u00f6l d\u00fcnsten bis sie gar sind aber noch etwas Biss haben. Koriander dazugeben und Zucker darin aufl\u00f6sen. Zum Schluss mit etwas Balsamico abl\u00f6schen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Zwiebeln zum Teig geben, salzen und gut vermischen.
