Halbieren und 2 Platten f\u00fcr 25 cm Springform ausrollen. Die erste Platte in die ausgebutterte Springform legen und von den Resten einen kleinen Rand formen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten f\u00fcr die Cremef\u00fcllung inWasserbad r\u00fchren bis sie dick werden. das passiert bei knapp 40 Grad.<br>Etwas abk\u00fchlen und auf dem Boden verstreichen.
