Reis dazugeben und leicht \u201eantoasten&#8220; ohne dass er Farbe annimmt. Mit der Br\u00fche abl\u00f6schen und wie \u00fcblich verfahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aubergine in ca. 7mm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden und in Oliven\u00f6l langsam anbraten bis sie etwas Farbe bekommen.
