F\u00fcr die S\u00e4ure habe ich Zitronensaft statt Wein genommen. Zum Abl\u00f6schen die Misobr\u00fche. W\u00e4hrend der Reis gart schwarzen Pfeffer dazu geben. Salzen am Ende der Garzeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Butter schmelzen. Rosmarin waschen und von den St\u00e4ngeln zupfen. Zu der fl\u00fcssigen Butter geben und mit dem Mixstab p\u00fcrieren so gut es geht. Evtl. Etwas warmes Wasser dazugeben. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der Reis gar, ist die Rosmarinbutter unterr\u00fchren.
