Aber was solls? Ich nenne es einfach so<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g Reis (Langkorn paraboiled)<\/li>\n<li>2 sehr saure \u00c4pfel (Granny oder Boskop) evtl. mit Zitrone nachhelfen!<\/li>\n<li>100 g Cashew-Kerne<\/li>\n<li>50 g Pistazien<\/li>\n<li>50 g Pinienkerne<\/li>\n<li>50 g Rosinen (in Wei\u00dfwein eingeweicht)<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 TL Kardamom (selber frisch mahlen)<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Koriander (selber frisch mahlen)<\/li>\n<li>frischer Ingwer (ca. 1\/2 Daumen gro\u00df)<\/li>\n<li>2 T\u00fcten Safranf\u00e4den (mindestens)<\/li>\n<li>gerne auch noch Berberitzen und oder Canberries dazu geben!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Den Reis mit etwas Salz und dem Safran gar kochen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4pfel in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und in der Butter und den Gew\u00fcrzen\u00a0garen (nicht braun werden lassen). Wenn Fl\u00fcssigkeit fehlt &#8211; Wei\u00dfwein dazugeben! Bei\u00a0Halbzeit des Garens N\u00fcsse und Gew\u00fcrze dazugeben. Je nach Laune noch\u00a0mit Safran, Zimt oder Chili abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ganze mit dem Reis verr\u00fchren.
