Eine ordentliche Menge Rotwein dazu und schmoren lassen. Salzen, pfeffern (schwarz, grob), Ingwer und Knoblauch (beides feingehackt) dazu.<\/p>\n<p>Inzwischen den Reis aufsetzen wie in\u00a0Grundrezept<a href=\"file:\/\/\/Users\/dirkbrinker\/Sites\/risottodirk\/site\/risotto\/index.shtml\">\u00a0<\/a>beschrieben. Als Fl\u00fcssigkeit dient Rotwein und Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn die Keulen gar sind herausnehmen, den Rest (das Gem\u00fcse samt Rowein und Gew\u00fcrzen zum Reis geben, den in zwischen halb fertig sein sollte.
