Speck in k\u00fcrzere Streifen schneiden, in einer Pfanne kross werden lassen, auf K\u00fcchenpapier das Fett abtropfen lassen, zu den Maronen geben und beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Feingehackte Schalotte in Butter anschwitzen, den Reis dazugeben und mit hei\u00dfer H\u00fchnerbr\u00fche und Rotwein angie\u00dfen. Salzen und pfeffern. Kurz bevor\u00a0der Reis gar ist die Maronen mit dem Speck dazugeben.
