Etwas \u00d6l in den Br\u00e4ter geben, die 2 Fleischst\u00fccke dazugeben. Im 220 Grad vorgeheizten Backofen Farbe nehmen lassen, danach Fleisch wenden. Schalotten und Tomaten dazugeben. Nach ca 10 Minuten Ofen auf 100 Grad herunter drehen und den Deckel auf den Br\u00e4ter legen.
