Tomaten dazugeben, Wei\u00dfwein, Kapern und Nudelkochwasser dazugeben. Auf gro\u00dfer Hitze einkochen. Mit schwarzem Pfeffer und wenig Salz (Ansjovis) abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>In dieser Version gebe ich die Ansjovis erst ganz zu Schluss dazu, damit die St\u00fccke ganz bleiben und nicht verkochen.
