Soweit kreisf\u00f6rmig ausrollen, dass es f\u00fcr die Springform mit 29 cm Durchmesser reicht und noch ein wenig Teig f\u00fcr den Rand bleibt. Form ausbuttern, mit dem Teig belegen und einen kleinen Rand formen. Den Teig d\u00fcnn mit Obst belegen. \u00c4pfel, Birnen und Quitten sind geeignet. Aber auch Beerenobst wie rote oder schwarze Johannisbeeren, Stachelbeeren, Himbeeren oder Blaubeeren.
