Man sollte fast hindurch schauen k\u00f6nnen. Mit dem 1 EL Zucker und dem Salz vermischen, 30 Minuten ruhen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Ingwer f\u00fcr 45 Sekunden in kochendem Wasser blanchieren, dann sofort durch ein Sieb gie\u00dfen. Gut abtropfen lassen. In ein verschlie\u00dfbares und sterilisiertes Gef\u00e4\u00df f\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<p>Die restlichen 50 g Zucker mit dem Essig aufkochen und die kochende Fl\u00fcssigkeit \u00fcber den Ingwer ins Glas gie\u00dfen. Den Ingwer herunter dr\u00fccken &#8211; er sollte komplett bedeckt sein. Das Glas verschlie\u00dfen, f\u00fcr 24 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur stehen lassen. Dann in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eEssbar\u201c nach einer Woche &#8211; am besten ist er jedoch, wenn er ca. 1 Monat stehen und durchziehen durfte.
