Vanillemark<\/li>\n<li>und einige gesch\u00e4lte Mandeln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eine Auflaufform buttern. Milch, Reis etwas Zucker und Salz dazuf\u00fcgen und Vanille und Mandeln, falls erw\u00fcnscht. In den Ofen schieben und bei 190 Grad C ca. 45 Minuten backen, bis sich eine braune Kruste gebildet hat. Serviervorschl\u00e4ge: Mit Aprikosen oder Pfirsichen aus der Dose, mit Sauerkirschen aus dem Glas (den Saft leicht mit Mondamin binden!) oder einfach mit Zimt und Zucker.
